NAIA District 13 consisted, throughout the district qualification era, of NAIA schools in Minnesota. One member from Ontario, Lakehead, competed for a few years back in the 1970s.

When the NAIA split into divisions in 1992, most district schools competed in Division I, some dropped down to Division II and were assigned to District 14.

Primary sources for information on this district include the Saint Paul Pioneer-Press and the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

1970-93: Four-team, single-eliminiation.
