The Pfeiffer University Falcons compete as members of the Conference Carolinas in NCAA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Pfeiffer is a private Methodist institution located in the village of Misenheimer, North Carolina, about 45 minutes east of Charlotte. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
