The Northwest Nazarene University Crusaders compete as members of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Northwest Nazarene is a private Nazarene institution located in Nampa, Idaho, about a half-hour west of Boise. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
