The Fort Valley State University Wildcats compete as members of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Fort Valley State, a historically black college, is a public land-grant institution located in Fort Valley, Georgia, just southwest of Macon. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 3,000.
