The Ferris State University Bulldogs compete as members of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Ferris State is a public institution located in Big Rapids, Michigan, about 90 minutes north of Lansing. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 11,000.
