The Azusa Pacific University Cougars compete as members of the [[Template:pacwest]] in NAIA Division I basketball, and in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II Football. Azusa Pacific is a private Evangelical institution located in Azusa, California, about a half-hour east of Los Angeles. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 5,000.
