The Morehouse College Maroon Tigers compete as members of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Morehouse, a historically black college, is a private non-sectarian institution located in the West End section of Atlanta, Georgia. It is also a member of the Atlanta University Center, an academic consortium of HBCU's, including Clark Atlanta and Spelman, considered the female counterpart of Morehouse. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 3,000.
