The University of Michigan Wolverines compete as members of the Big Ten Conference in NCAA Division I FBS football and in NCAA Division I basketball. Michigan is a public institution located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, about a half-hour west of Detroit. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 26,000.
