The West Liberty University Hilltoppers compete as members of the Mountain East Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. West Liberty is a public institution located in West Liberty, West Virginia, about 10 minutes northeast of Wheeling. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
