The Fairmont State University Falcons compete as members of the Mountain East Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Fairmont State is a public institution located in Fairmont, West Virginia, about 90 minutes south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 7,000.
