Not to be confused with North Central (IL), to which North Central redirects due to much wider notoriety.

The North Central University Rams compete in NCAA Division III basketball as independents. The school does not sponsor football. North Central is a private Assemblies of God institution located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.

The North Central (MN) campus consists of five city blocks adjacent to Elliot Park in Minneapolis, on the southeastern fringe of the downtown area. Chicago Avenue is the main road that serves campus. Interstates 35W and 94 are a few blocks to the south and east, but as neither has a direct connection to the campus, most people use city streets. The Clark-Danielson Student Life Center Gymnasium (500) is on 15th Street, east of Chicago Avenue.

In spite of its central location, the Rams have no rivals of note.

As you'd expect, the Rams have never produced an NFL or NBA player.
