The Illinois College Blueboys (Lady Blues for the womens' teams) compete as members of the Midwest Conference in NCAA Division III football and basketball. Illinois College is a private Presbyterian institution located in Jacksonville, Illinois, about a half-hour west of Springfield. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
