The Fort Lewis College Skyhawks compete as members of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Fort Lewis is a public institution located in Durango, Colorado, deep in the southwest corner of the state about three hours south of Grand Junction. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
