The Adams State University Grizzlies compete as members of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Adams State is a public institution located in Alamosa, Colorado, on the Rio Grande about three hours north of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
