The University of Indianapolis, sometimes referred to as UIndy, Greyhounds compete as members of the Great Lakes Valley Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Indianapolis, formerly known as "Indiana Central", is a private Methodist institution located in the capital city of Indianapolis, Indiana. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
