The Lyon College Scots compete as members of the American Midwest Conference in NAIA Division I basketball. Beginning in 2015, the school will begin competing in football as members of the Central States Football League. Lyon is a private Presbyterian institution located in Batesville, Arkansas, about 100 minutes north of Little Rock. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 500.
