The University of Missouri Science & Technology Miners compete in NCAA Division II football and basketball as members of the Great Lakes Football Conference. In 2012, the school will move its football team to the GLVC, which begins sponsoring football that year. Missouri-Rolla is a public institution located in Rolla, Missouri, about two hours southwest of Saint Louis. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
