The Lewis University Flyers compete as members of the Great Lakes Valley Conference in NCAA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Lewis is a private Catholic (Lasallian) institution located in the western Chicago suburb of Romeoville, Illinois. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
