The Post University Eagles compete as members of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference in NCAA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Post, briefly known as "Teikyo Post" in the 1990s, is a private non-sectarian institution located in Waterbury, Connecticut, about a half hour southwest of Hartford. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
