The Mount Holyoke College Lyons compete as members of the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference in NCAA Division III basketball. As a women's college, the school does not sponsor football or men's basketball. Mount Holyoke is a private non-sectarian women-only institution located in South Hadley, Massachusetts, about 15 minutes north of Springfield. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
