The Hampden-Sydney College Tigers compete as members of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference in NCAA Division III football and basketball. As a men's college, the school does not sponsor women's basketball. Hampden-Sydney is a private Presbyterian men-only institution located in Hampden-Sydney, Virginia, near Farmville, about 90 minutes west-southwest of Richmond. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
