The Buena Vista University Beavers compete as members of the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in NCAA Division III football and basketball. Buena Vista is a private Presbyterian institution located in Storm Lake, Iowa, about three hours northwest of Des Moines. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
