The University of Saint Francis Saints compete in NAIA Division I as members of the Mid-States Football Association in basketball, and in NAIA football as members of the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference. Saint Francis is a private Catholic (Franciscan) institution located in Joliet, Illinois, about a half-hour southwest of Chicago. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
