The Wayne State College Wildcats compete as members of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference in NCAA Division II football and basketball. Wayne State is a public institution located in Wayne, Nebraska, about a half-hour west of Sioux City, Iowa. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 3,000.
