The Huntingdon College Hawks compete in NCAA Division III as members of the Great South Athletic Conference in basketball, and as independents in football. The football team will join the Saint Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2008. Huntingdon is a private Methodist institution located in the capital city of Montgomery, Alabama. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
