The Dominican University Stars compete in NCAA Division III as members of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Dominican, formerly "Rosary College", is a private Catholic (Dominican) institution located in the western Chicago suburb of River Forest, Illinois. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 3,000.
