The Frostburg State University Bobcats compete in NCAA Division III as members of the Empire 8 Conference for football, and the Capital Athletic Conference for basketball. Frostburg State is a public institution located in the western panhandle town of Frostburg, Maryland. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
