The Frostburg State University Bobcats compete in NCAA Division III as members of the Atlantic Central Football Conference (1998-2010) in football, and as members of the Capital Athletic Conference in basketball. Frostburg State is a public institution located in the western panhandle town of Frostburg, Maryland. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
