Usage example: {{state|Ohio}} adds [[category:NCAA Schools in Ohio]] and [[category:Schools in Ohio]] to a team page. The argument should be either the name of a state, "Canada", or "Washington DC". This is only for NCAA schools; for NAIA schools, use {{nstate}}.
