Usage: {{ccat|Foo}} returns [[category:Foo]]
The only purpose of this template is to ease Jon's initial team page population, specifically by allowing the use of the imcat template for each conference a team is associated with to be quickly copied to the team's base page; there is no sense ever using this template for individual edits, as you only save four characters.
