Camellia Bowl (old)

The original Camellia Bowl was a bowl game held at McNaspy Stadium in Lafayette, Louisiana in 1948. It was the third of three bowl games in which Hardin-Simmons participated in during the 1948 post-seaosn. The name would later be resurrected for a small college bowl game held in Sacramento, California between 1961 and 1972, and again in 2014 as a new Division I FBS game in Montgomery, Alabama.
