Alamo Bowl (old)

The original Alamo Bowl was a bowl game held at Alamo Stadium in San Antonio, Texas in 1947. Attendance was under 4,000, and so there were no attempts to renew the game beyond the initial contest until a new Alamo Bowl appeared in 1993.
