The Hope International University Royals compete as members of the Golden State Athletic Conference in NAIA Division I basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Hope International, formerly known as "Pacific Christian College" and "Pacific Bible Seminary", is a private Church of Christ institution located in Fullerton, California, about a 45 minutes southeast of Los Angeles. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
