The Anderson University Ravens compete as members of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference in NCAA Division III football and basketball. Anderson is a private Church of God institution located in Anderson, Indiana, about a half-hour northeast of Indianapolis. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 3,000.
