The LaGrange College Panthers compete in NCAA Division III as members of the Great South Athletic Conference in basketball, and as independents in football. The football team will join the Saint Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2008. LaGrange is a private Methodist institution located in LaGrange, Georgia, about an hour southwest of Atlanta. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
