The Cornell University Big Red compete as members of the Ivy League in NCAA Division I FCS football and in NCAA Division I basketball. Cornell is a private non-sectarian institution (although New York's land-grant recipient) located in the Finger Lakes community of Ithaca, New York, about 90 minutes south of Syracuse. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 13,000.
