Adds [[category:Former NCAA Division I Conferences]] and [[category:Former NCAA Division I FCS Conferences]] (the latter of which should never appear without the former, as all Former NCAA Division I FCS Conferences were NCAA Division I Conferences) to a conference page. For Division I FCS conferences which have folded or downgraded.
