The Marymount California University Mariners are members of the California Pacific Conference, but have never sponsored basketball or football. Marymount California is a private Catholic {Sacred Heart of Mary} institution located in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, about a half-hour south of Los Angeles. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 800.
