The La Sierra University Golden Eagles compete in compete as members of the California Pacific Conference in NAIA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. La Sierra is a private Seventh-Day Adventist institution located in Riverside, California, about an hour east of Los Angeles. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
