Template:ffcs2

Adds [[category:Former NCAA Division I Schools]] and [[category:Former NCAA Division I FCS Schools]] (the latter of which should never appear without the former, as all Former NCAA Division I FCS Schools were NCAA Division I Schools) to a team page. For schools which were in Division I-AA/FCS, but are no longer, period. (Examples: there's only one, West Texas A&M, and because it's also a former FCS school the template is not used there... but this template exists just in case.)
