Poinsettia Bowl

The Poinsettia Bowl is a bowl game held at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, California since 2005. The bowl is managed by the same committee overseeing the Holiday Bowl, played at the same site.

The host team for the bowl is the second-place team from the Mountain West Conference, although occasionally the champion ends up here. The opponent rotates between the [[Template:p12]], Western Athletic Conference, Navy and Army; if the current automatic berth would go to a team that isn't bowl eligible, the tie-in becomes an at-large.
