The Dallas Football Classic is a bowl game held at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas. The game, more commonly referred to as the TicketCity Bowl, was created in 2010 to replace the Cotton Bowl itself, which had moved to Arlington Stadium. Initial plans were for the bowl to feature a Big Ten Conference team facing, in alternating years, a team from the Big 12 Conference or Conference USA. Due to realignment, the Big 12 tie-in has been dropped, and Conference USA is the Big 10's permanent opponent (for now).
