The Warren Wilson College Owls compete as independents in NAIA Division II men's basketball. The school also sponsors women's basketball, but that program competes in the USCAA. The school does not sponsor football. Warren Wilson is a private Presbyterian institution located in Swannanoa, North Carolina, about 15 minutes east of Asheville. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
