The Hawai'i Loa College Mongoose ceased operations in 1992 when the school, in dire financial straits, was merged into Hawai'i Pacific University. Hawai'i Loa was a private non-denominational Christian institution located in Kaneohe, Hawai'i, about fifteen minutes northeast of Honolulu.
