The Anderson University Trojans compete as members of the Conference Carolinas in NCAA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Anderson is a private Baptist institution located in Anderson, South Carolina, in the northwestern part of the state near Greenville and Spartanburg. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
