Adds [[category:NCAA Division I Schools]] and [[category:Former NCAA Division I FCS Schools]] (the latter of which should never appear without the former, as all Former NCAA Division I FCS Schools are NCAA Division I Schools) to a team page. For schools which have dropped football, but remain Division I otherwise.
