The Tennessee Wesleyan College Bulldogs compete as members of the Appalachian Athletic Conference in NAIA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Tennessee Wesleyan is a private Methodist institution located in Athens, Tennessee, about an hour northeast of Chattanooga. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 1,000.
