The Drexel University Dragons compete as members of the Colonial Athletic Association in NCAA Division I basketball. The school has not sponsored football since 1974. Drexel is a private non-sectarian institution located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, just across the street from the University of Pennsylvania. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 12,000.
