The Spring Arbor University Cougars compete as members of the Crossroads League in NAIA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Spring Arbor is a private Methodist institution located in Spring Arbor, Michigan, about 45 minutes south of Lansing. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
