The Ohio Wesleyan University Battling Bishops compete as members of the North Coast Athletic Conference in NCAA Division III football and basketball. Ohio Wesleyan is a private non-sectarian institution located in Delaware, Ohio, about 20 minutes north of Columbus. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000. Despite its name, which does derive from its Methodist founders, the school was chartered as and always has been non-sectarian.
